Owners Tim and Annelise Kavanaugh along with Chef Dan Skawinksi have created a menu that starts with southwestern basics, and then incorporates other styles of cuisine to build a unique, varied and extremely flavorful menu.

We use Hickory chips in our smoker to add a wonderful flavor to several of our menu items.  Including; smoked chicken and corn chowder, pulled pork (A house specialty that we use in several dishes), smoked brisket, smoked salmon, which is first cured with our own blend of herbs and spices.

Fourteen Quesadilla choices served with sour cream and our own freshly made salsa are the best this side of the Rio Grande.

Finish your meal with one of our homemade desserts like warm rice pudding, or apple crisp a la mode.

Serving lunch and dinner Monday thru Thursday 11:30 am – 9:30 pm, Friday – Saturday 11:30 am – 10:30 pm, and Sunday 4:00 pm - 9:30 pm. (June - August)

We have a full bar with a large screen TV with 7 premium beers on tap, including a rotating seasonal, plus 24 bottled beers.

We specialize in Margaritas offering a choice of 16 premium Tequilas and 8 specialty margaritas blended with freshly squeezed limejuice and a splash of sweet and sour mix, the Best in the Capital Region.

Directions: From 87 take exit 12 for Ballston Spa, New York. Go West on Route 67 to Route 50. Turn right onto Route 50(N) to Ballston Spa. Turn left on Front Street, by the post office, we are at the end of the block. Next to the Medbery Inn and Spa.
